We met Jane at an open house across the street from where we had just left another open house. We had not contacted a realtor at this time so we were free to look on our own. The first realtor was curt to the point we were turned off. Jane greeted us with a pleasant, warm, disposition. We were not overly interested in the property but we we very impressed with Jane's approach. We decided on the spot she would represent us. We went to another open house close by. Although Jane did not have that particular listing we informed the agent Jane was our realtor. We could not be happier. Jane had helped us tirelessly through the offer, acceptance and finance of our purchase. She is a gem!

Jane Wood has earned the Excellent rating based on my experience in looking for our perfect home in Naples. My husband & I met Jane while we were vacationing in Old Naples 5 weeks ago. The minute I met Jane, I knew we had found the right realtor to help us find our home in Naples. My husband completely agrees and feels that she is diligent and strives to answer our phone calls and emails immediately. We began house hunting with Jane one hour after I called Jane and left her a voicemail introducing myself. It was unbelievable that she was willing to work with us so quickly. Jane immediately began educating us on the Naples market and showed us several golf communities, homes and condos that were available in Old Naples. Jane is an expert on understanding the real estate market in Naples and more importantly for us, which golf communities, neighborhoods and homes would be ideal for us. We are looking for a neighborhood where we will be able to connect with other golfers such as ourselves and people in a similar age group and lifestyle. The second day of our search with Jane, she had prepared a complete and very organized packets of listings in folders, by neighborhoods and based on the areas that we were wanting to consider. We have been able to par down our search to 2 listings and we are eager to make an offer. What I appreciate most from Jane is her candid advice, honest recommendations and keen observations. I know that her taste reflects my taste and she has been on target in showing us the homes within our price point and what we can afford. You will love her English accent and her very positive approach to house hunting. More importantly, when we are in Naples, I look forward to seeing Jane as a friend as well as my realtor. She is upbeat, high energy and very professional to work with. Her quick response to my questions and emails are amazing and Jane's willingness to go the extra mile for us. She has toured several properties for us since we live in Indiana.
