I can not say enough about how much I appreciate Emma and Jane! The buying and selling of property is so stressful. I had complete faith in Jane and Emma. They worked hard, communicated well and are very knowledgable. They have so many contacts in the area that whenever there was an issue they knew who to call, called them and set everything up. My husband and I are only in Florida for the winter and I think with other realtors we would have had to take trips to Florida to handle things. They guided us every step of the way. We found Jane and Emma to be extremely knowledgeable on the local real estate market and provided good advice during the purchase and sale process. Additionally they were great in terms of liaising with key parties for the transaction. (Lawyers, inspectors, seller’s agent) They repeatedly offered assistance with move in details and provided some basic house hold essentials to get us started.
